Group Therapy

Group therapy at CAPS helps students learn skills to think clearly, enhance relationships, increase concentration, and improve mood. All sessions are facilitated by licensed mental health clinicians. Examples include:

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation
  • Grief and Loss
  • Healthy Romantic Relationships
  • Anxiety Management
  • Peer Support
  • Self-Esteem
