Cal State LA is pleased to offer an optional Overnight Orientation program!
We hope you will choose to participate in our Overnight Orientation program! Overnighters will attend a full day of programming on a Thursday, sleep over in University Housing that evening, and attend a half day of programming on Friday. Overnighters will receive an enhanced Orientation experience, which will give you an opportunity to bond and make friends with a smaller group of students, and learn much more about your new campus home through a combination of fun activities, games, quizzes, and workshops. Overnight Orientation is also a chance to have fun! We will end the day with an Open Mic Pajama Party, which will give you a chance to showcase your talents in music, poetry, comedy, and more!
When you start your fall semester, you will be more familiar with the resources available, more comfortable with your campus home, and hopefully you'll also have a friend or two to hang out with!
