You may enter the requested fields by hand, or cut and paste brief entries from saved Library Catalog or journal database listings. Citations pasted in can be in the database format as long as all data listed to left of input boxes is entered. We recommend you search the Library's Online Catalog for books and Periodical List for journal articles using links below. If you do not have time to search you may leave the Call Number field blank and the Library will search, but you will not know in advance what the Library may have to order or how long processing will take. Normally, the Library orders one copy for each book. For articles, the Library recommends one copy for each 20 students in a class up to a maximum of 3 copies.  Select one loan period for all books or articles with the drop-down box.
