Checking the Status of Your Interlibrary Loans via CSU Pharos System

If you placed your Interlibrary Loan request using CSU Pharos System, you need to check the status of items you requested using the same system. You will need the barcode number (204500XXXXXXXX) from the back of your Golden Eagle Card, no spaces. Notification that books have arrived will be sent to your NIS email address.

Checking the Status of Your Interlibrary Loans via ILLiad Interlibrary Loan System

When your requested item is ready you will receive an email at the email address in the request form you submitted. In the case of articles, you may receive a link in your email message to access the article online. To check your interlibrary loan status, you need to logon to the ILLiad Interlibrary Loan System.
