Ms. Schaeffer is one of the Library's popular culturalists. Her special interests include
auto racing, popular music
of the 1950s, 60s and 80s; folk music of England, Ireland, Scotland,
Canada, United States, Brittany, and the Balkans; and singer/songwriters of the 1970s,
90s and 00s. She is the author of:
