Alice K. Kawakami University Librarian LIBRARY RESPONSIBILITIES As University Librarian Ms. Kawakami provides leadership in planning and implementing strategies to enhance services and collections of the Library; provides effective management for the Library's resources, and makes creative use of technology in the provision of recorded knowledge and information resources to students and faculty of the University.
