What Services are Provided
CIRCULATION - This
on-demand service provides for retrieval of requested Library
materials. Requestors are responsible for providing an accurate list
of call numbers to be searched, and for following all Library rules
and regulations; they should be sure their Library file information
is current. All services are provided at the
Circulation Desk, First Floor, Library North.
COPYING - This service provides for retrieval and copying
of printed materials, or those in microform. Requestors are responsible
for all copier charges and must present a Golden Eagle card or visitor's
copy card with sufficient funds on it at the time of the request.
Copyright laws will be strictly enforced. Note that processing of
microform orders may result in delivery delays.
How Can You Use Golden Eagle?
Submit the
signed OSD authorization form to the Circulation Desk, First Floor,
Library North. Give the Desk workers your CSULA ID card, and a
legible, accurate list of the materials you need: all citations and
bibliographic information must be correct, so we can locate what you
want. Completed requests may be picked up at the
Circulation
Desk.
In What Form May Requests be Submitted?
Requests may be submitted in the form of computer printouts or reference
lists/bibliographies in person at the Circulation Desk or by electronic
mail. All requests must include the following:
1.
Your name and CIN number.
Proof of your eligibility for this service must be on-file in the
Library’s database.
2. Requestors are
responsible for providing an accurate list of call numbers to be
