The Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocational Education is designed for the vocational and occupational instructors with professional teaching experience. Many of the classes focus on teaching in the community college. Students may be granted university credit based on their occupational or teaching experience. The Master’s of Arts degree in Industrial and Technical Studies has been designed to increase the effectiveness primarily of industrial arts teachers. The three areas of specialization are teaching, technology, and supervision. The program aims to develop leadership skills for both the teacher and the business and industry professional.
