Program Description

The Department of Theatre Arts and Dance offers undergraduate programs leading to the Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts and Dance, as well as a minor in Theatre Arts and Dance for students majoring in other fields.  The Theatre Arts and Dance major includes options in Theatre Arts and Dance.  The department offers a Master of Arts degree in Theatre Arts.  The department also participates in an Interdisciplinary Studies Minor in Multimedia that enables students to develop interactive, multimedia products.

Theatre Arts & Dance students are also supported by the growing collection of CD, DVD, video, and multimedia resources (including an extensive collection of dance, film, & theatrical productions on video/DVD) housed in the library's Music & Media Center.  Students may also benefit from materials collected for other departments, such as Communication Studies, Music, etc.
