How to Purchase Copies of Dissertations
Available from UMI (now owned by Bell and Howell)
UMI (University Microfilms International), the major provider of dissertation
to libraries and individuals has changed its name. It is now called:
Bell and Howell Information and Learning.
If you have a major credit card, you can order a specific thesis (dissertation)
from them via their "Ordering Dissertations and Theses" Web page at:
http://wwwlib.umi.com/dxweb/gateway
Dissertations start at $36 (express shipment – 4 days –
unbound paper) and range upwards depending on format (i.e., hardcover,
microform), delivery method and purchaser’s location.
