How to Unsubscribe from the Anti-spam Service
Quarantined e-mail messages are deleted 14 days after their delivery date. Users who are not able to manage their quarantined e-mail messages for an extended period of time should temporarily unsubscribe from the anti-spam service so that wanted e-mail messages are not inadvertently deleted. Users who no longer wish to have their e-mail messages filtered may also follow the steps below to unsubscribe from the anti-spam service.
Note Students may not unsubscribe from the anti-spam service. Faculty and staff who unsubscribe may resubscribe at any time.
To unsubscribe:
- Log in to the Quarantine Manager.
- Click Options on the left navigation menu. The Options page displays.

- Select the Turn off all spam content blocking check box, and then click the Save button. A confirmation message appears below the navigation menu. This concludes the unsubscription process.
