How to Release E-mail Messages from the Spam Digest

You can release a single message or all messages from your Spam Digest. When you release a quarantined message, it gets delivered to your inbox.

Note:  It may take up to 15 minutes for a released message to be delivered to your inbox.

To release a single message:

  1. Open your Spam Digest.

  2. Click the ID number of the message you want to release (see Figure 1). A new message window will open.

  3. Click the Send Button button. The quarantined message will be automatically released and sent to your inbox.

To release all messages:

  1. Open your Spam Digest.

  2. Click the Reply Button button. A new message window will open.

  3. Click the Send Button button. All quarantined messages will be automatically released and sent to your inbox.
