How to Log In to the Quarantine Manager
To log in to the Quarantine Manager, you need to have a valid NIS or CSLA account. When logging in, use the user ID and password associated with your Cal State L.A. e-mail account.
Note: The steps below can be used to access the Quarantine Manager from on and off campus.
To log in:
Go to https://qmanager.calstatela.edu.
Depending on how your web browser is configured, a Security Alert dialog box may appear indicating that you are entering a secure web site (see Figure 1).

to continue.Note: If you do not wish to receive this notice in the future, select the checkbox labeled "In the future, do not show this warning" before you click the OK button.
Next, a Security Information dialog box may appear indicating that the page contains both secure and non-secure content (see Figure 2).

to continue.The Quarantine Manager Login page will display (see Figure 3).

Figure 3 - Quarantine Manager Login PageIn the Manager Login table (see Figure 4), type the user ID and password associated with your Cal State L.A. e-mail account into their corresponding fields.

button. Once you are logged in, the Quarantine Manager default page (Blocked Messages page) will display.
Note: When logging in for the first time, you will not see any blocked messages until you subscribe to the anti-spam service.
