Quarantine Manager Training

How to Log In to the Quarantine Manager

To log in to the Quarantine Manager, you need to have a valid NIS or CSLA account. When logging in, use the user ID and password associated with your Cal State L.A. e-mail account.

Note: The steps below can be used to access the Quarantine Manager from on and off campus.

To log in:

  1. Go to https://qmanager.calstatela.edu.

    Depending on how your web browser is configured, a Security Alert dialog box may appear indicating that you are entering a secure web site (see Figure 1).

  2. Click the OK Button button to continue.

    Note: If you do not wish to receive this notice in the future, select the checkbox labeled "In the future, do not show this warning" before you click the OK button.

    Next, a Security Information dialog box may appear indicating that the page contains both secure and non-secure content (see Figure 2).

  3. Click the Yes Button button to continue.

    The Quarantine Manager Login page will display (see Figure 3).

  4. In the Manager Login table (see Figure 4), type the user ID and password associated with your Cal State L.A. e-mail account into their corresponding fields.

  5. Click the Log in Button button.

    Once you are logged in, the Quarantine Manager default page (Blocked Messages page) will display.

    Note: When logging in for the first time, you will not see any blocked messages until you subscribe to the anti-spam service.

TOP
