Approved Senders
The Approved Senders page allows users to add or delete senders from the Approved Senders list. E-mail messages from approved senders are delivered to your inbox without being scanned for spam. You may add up to 100 senders to your Approved Senders list.
Note: When you add or delete senders from your Approved Senders list, it will take 15 minutes for the changes to take effect.
To add a sender to the Approved Senders list:
- Click Approved Senders from the Quarantine Manager navigation
menu. The Approved Senders page will display with the Add Sender
form (see Figure 1).
- In the Add address: text box, enter the valid e-mail address
of the sender you wish to approve.

- Click the

The Approved Senders List page will display with the e-mail address added to the list (see Figure 2).

Note: To add additional senders to the Approved Senders List, click the
button and repeat steps 2 and 3.
To delete a sender from the Approved Senders list:
- Click Approved Senders from the Quarantine Manager navigation
menu. The Approved Senders List page will display with the list of approved
senders (see Figure 3).
- Under the Sender column, select the check box beside the
sender you want to remove from the list. You may select multiple senders from
the list.
Note: To select all senders, select the check box beside the
column heading.

The Approved Senders List page will display with the e-mail address removed from the list (see Figure 4).
