Microsoft Outlook 2007

Microsoft Outlook 2007 is a comprehensive desktop information management program built to meet multiple communication needs. Although it is mainly used as an e-mail application, Outlook can be used to organize contacts, manage calendars, schedule appointments, create tasks and rules, and access public folders. This page provides you with one central location for all Microsoft Outlook 2007 training resources.

Workshops

The ITS Training Program offers hands-on workshops on Microsoft Outlook 2007 as well as other major applications in the Microsoft Office suite. Only CSULA faculty and staff with a valid Network/E-mail account and a Cal State L.A. One Card are eligible to attend the Outlook workshops.

Handouts

The Digital Documentation Web site includes introductory and intermediate handouts on Microsoft Outlook 2007 as well as other e-mail related handouts. These handouts have been created to serve as an introduction to the application and illustrate its core features and functions.

Workbooks

Downloadable workbooks are available at the Microsoft Office Web-based Training Web site for Microsoft Outlook 2007 as well as other major applications in the Microsoft Office suite. The workbooks include step-by-step tutorials that can be used to study at your own pace. The files are password protected and require user authentication.
