Microsoft Outlook 2010 Part 1: Introduction to Outlook
In this workshop, users will learn how to configure Outlook on their workstation for the first time. Topics about the Outlook interface and basic mail features such as creating, sending, receiving, reading and deleting messages, responding to messages and flagging will be covered. Working with modules, creating and organizing folders, creating signatures, working with the calendar, tasks and contact groups will also be covered.
