ITS Training Program

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides access to just-in-time learning systems that deliver training to Cal State L.A. students, faculty and staff when and where they need it. In 2011, ITS successfully piloted lynda.com, an online training program, which currently provides 1,397 training videos. In addition, lynda.com continually creates new videos to keep up with emerging topics and tools. The ITS Training Program also offers Moodle courses, interactive tutorials, step-by-step handouts with practice data files, and in-person training in the use of campus-specific technologies as well as communication and common personal productivity tools.
