Student Club/Organization Web Space Request Form
This form may be used by a recognized Cal State L.A. student club or organization to request web space on the University Web server. In order to be recognized, you must be registered and listed as active with the Center for Student Involvement. Only the President or the Vice President of the club or organization may request Web space. Before requesting web space, the President or the Vice President must obtain an AD account for his/her club or organization.
Note: Any site viewed as inappropriate or containing illegal content will be immediately removed from the server. Clubs and organizations not active for 2 or more consecutive quarters may have their sites taken offline without notice.
