Network Account Enhancements
ITS is changing how it handles network and e-mail accounts by eliminating request forms and visits to the ITS Help Desk to pick up or reset passwords. In addition, two new online services, myCSULA Identity and myCSULA Portal, will provide more online self-services, reduced systems sign-on and easier access to information. Please read the memo to learn more about these enhancements. We believe these represent a significant improvement over many current services and will prepare the campus for future self-service offerings.

The connection can be established as long as the individual has a valid AD account, an active modem phone line, and the Internet Explorer web browser installed on the computer. Windows XP provides a built-in capability to establish a dial-up connection using the New Connection Wizard.
