Use Fetch
Fetch is an easy to use full-feature FTP client.
Included in DSS 5.6, Fetch can be used to connect via standard ftp, sftp, or tftp.
- From Finder, select Go -> Applications.
Click on this icon..
At the prompt enter your ftp hostname, username, and password.
Drag and drop your files from either local or remote system to the other system.
