Faculty Web Page Request Form
This form may be used by faculty who wish to have a Web page automatically generated for them on the University Web server, based on the University web page template (view sample). After you submit the form, the Web Administrator will create a Web directory, place the newly generated web page into that directory, and add the faculty to the Faculty Web Directory listing. You will be notified by email when this process has been completed. Requests may take up to 3 business days to process. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Web Administrator at wwwadmin@calstatela.edu.
Faculty with an existing Web space. If you would like to use this form to update your home page, you are welcomed to do so. After you generate your web page, we will transfer the page to your existing web directory, as is, as generated by this form. Further edits are to be done by the faculty themselves. Please note that this process may still take up to 3 business days.
Note: To edit a website on the University web server, you must have a UNIX account. UNIX accounts can be obtained by visiting the ITS Help Desk, located in the Library Palmer Wing Lobby.
