To Activate

1. Without lifting handset, press Call Forward key (lamp flashes).
2. Dial number where calls will be forwarded.
3. Press Call Forward key again (lamp lights steadily).

To Cancel

1. Press Call Forward key (lamp goes dark).

To Activate

1. Press Call Transfer key (first call is placed on automatic hold).
2. Dial number.
3. Announce caller in privacy.
4. Press Call Transfer key again.
5. Hang up.

To Activate

1. Press Conference key (first call is placed on automatic hold).
2. Dial number.
3. Announce conference.
4. Press Conference key again.
5. Repeat procedure for additional conferees (up to three others, including yourself).

Note: The ability to conference six partners can be added upon request.

To Use

1. Press IC key.
2. Listen for dial tone.
3. Dial 1 or 2-digit intercom number.

To Activate

1. Press Ring Again key (lamp lights steady).
2. Hang up.

To Respond

1. Telephone will buzz (Ring Again lamp flashes).
2. Lift handset and listen for dial tone.
3. Press Ring Again key.

To Cancel

1. Without lifting handset, press Ring Again key.

To Program or Change (Controller Only)

1. Without lifting handset, press Speed Call key (lamp flashes).
2. Dial 1, 2 or 3-digit Speed Call access code.
3. Dial number to be stored.
4. Press Speed Call key again (lamp goes dark).

To Erase (Controller Only)

1. Press Speed Call key.
2. Dial 1, 2 or 3-digit Speed Call access code.
3. Press * (number is automatically erased).
4. Press Speed Call key.

To Use

1. Lift handset or press directory number key and listen for dial tone.
2. Press Speed Call key.
3. Dial 1, 2 or 3-digit Speed Call access code (number is automatically dialed).
