[eConsole (ver. 1.0.2)]

1. Waiting time for network scan has been significantly reduced while launching "eConsole" applicatoin. 
Previously, "Network Scan" was performed as a part of eConsole process, but this new release of eConsole performs scanning operation in a separate thread.
