Adobe Creative Suite At-home Software Request

Under the terms of the campus contract with Adobe software, University employees are allowed to install a single copy of Adobe Creative Suite software on one personal computer during the duration of their employment. This form is used to request the Adobe Creative Suite software for at-home use. By submitting this request, user must be a currently employed CSULA faculty or staff, and have read and agreed to the End User License Agreement on this page.

Notes

  1. The computer, workstation or laptop must meet the minimum requirements to install and run this software. For more information about the minimum system requirement, visit Adobe Design and Web Premium Specs
  2. Requestors assume full responsibility for resolving any problems that may arise if choosing to install and run the software on their personal computer.

Procedures:

  1. Fill out and submit the form below.
  2. Upon submission, requestors will receive a confirmation e-mail. Requestors may be contacted for missing information, which may delay installation.
  3. It is recommended to download a trial version at http://www.adobe.com/downloads and install it.
  4. Instructions on how to download and install are here.
  5. After processing and verification, requestors will be sent instructions and an electronic key to activate the trial software into a fully functional version. Please allow up to five business days for fulfillment of the request.

Cal State L.A. End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT
By accepting this software, I understand and agree to the following:

  • I may only install this product on a computer that I own and on which I am the exclusive or primary user.
  • I may not give, loan, rent or sell this product or my assigned serial number to anyone.
  • I may only use this software while I am employed as a faculty or staff at California State University, Los Angeles.
  • This software is licensed as an entire suite and must be installed as such. Individual products or features may not be separated or substituted on multiple computers. I am allowed, however, to omit certain features from my localized workstation installation at my discretion.
  • Upon my separation from California State University, Los Angeles, I must remove this product from my computer and destroy any copies on media.
