Controlling Room Lights for a Better Picture

Many of the rooms have multiple light switches; find the switches that will turn off the lights directly above the screen. This will enhance the picture quality.

Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure the power is on for every device you are using, that means the multimedia projector and amplified speaker.
You can verify that the projector is on by pressing the Source button on top of the multimedia projector.

  2. Are you showing a tape and there is no picture? If you have done the above first, then maybe you are at the end of the tape and need to rewind.

  3. No sound? Make sure the amplified speaker is turned on and adjust the sound level.

  4. Why can't I control the multimedia projector using the remote?  The remote is for the DVD/VCR combo player only.

  5. It takes a long time to rewind! Press stop first and then press rewind.
