The ITS Help Desk is here to provide the campus community with excellent customer service.
We offer assistance with campus computer accounts including issuing new accounts and password resets, using accounts to log in to various systems, providing basic troubleshooting for system access and software issues, as well as providing answers and support for just about all your campus computing needs.
Our very efficient staff is made up of 5 full-time staff and 8 student staff.
