When you visit a website that brings out the popup window such as www.circuitcity.com, you may be notified by the following dialog box regarding how to use “Google Toolbar Pop-up Blocked Instruction”. Please read carefully.

You can see Google toolbar (shown below) indicating that Internet Explorer blocked a pop-up window.

. It will allow pop-up windows coming from the site you
