Adding trusted sites to Firefox Pop-Up Blocker
When you visit a website that brings out the pop-up window such as circuitcity.com, you will be notified by the following dialog box.
Click on the Options button. A small menu will appear.
If you trust this site select "Allow pop-ups for www.circuitcity.com". Future pop-ups will appear next time you visit circuitcity.com.
OR
If you want to view the blocked pop-up, select the last option, "Show...".
Firefox will then open up the pop-up.
You can also have selected "Edit Pop-up Block Options...". If you lost the menu you can still access it by going to the Firefox menu » Tools » and select Options. The Options window will open.
Click on the Content button. Next to the Block pop-up windows checkbox, click the Exceptions button.
You may want to manually add the sites you want to allow the popup windows. For example, you can use asterisk (*) to include all sub-sites within Cal State L.A. like *.calstatela.edu.
