Desktop Service Software
The Desktop Service Software (DSS) is the base installation on University computers. The DSS is preconfigured to work with the campus infrastructure, and includes the operating system, productivity, security, and licensed software (e.g. Microsoft Office) appropriate for a particular machine.
Current DSS
DSS is available for staff, faculty, and lab (student image) Windwos PCs , usually Dell or HP/Compaq. Please contact your Academic Division ITC or Administrative Division ITC if you would like to update your machine to a new DSS.

- Baseline Dell no earlier than GX280
