CMAS

The State of California through the Department of General Services (DGS) makes contracts with vendors that allows State agencies to make certain purchases from the contracted vendors without going through all of the normal purchasing/bidding process. The CMAS system is designed to expidite the purchasing process, but maybe less competitive than the longer normal process.
