The existing Arts & Letters classroom, MUS 200, will be upgraded with 18 new Mac workstations capable of supporting current software applications. Arts & Letters will subsequently convert this into an open lab for A&L students to use for class assignments and projects.
Equipment is on order and will be installed during summer 2014. The new lab will be in operation for the start of fall 2014 quarter classes.
This lab not only provides a localized environment for student study, but gives students access to the most current hardware and software specifically designed for their discipline.
