Network / Email

A Network / E-mail account gives authorized users access to protected campus resources. Access to computerized records and confidential information is governed by federal and state law, as well as California State University policy. [Note:  This request form replaces the Administrative Network/E-mail Request.]

How to Apply for a Network / E-mail Account
  1. Go directly to www.calstatela.edu/network-account, (or go to our online forms Web site: www.calstatela.edu/its/forms.  Under the Network/E-mail category, click the Network / Email Account Request link.)

  2. Enter the required information on the first page. Make sure all the information you entered is correct. Then click the Continue button.

  3. Verify that the information being submitted is correct and make edits if necessary.  Then click the Get Form for Printing button.

  4. Adobe Acrobat Reader will load a PDF file of the form with all the information you've submitted thus far.  If there are any special instructions, fill in the remaining fields on the PDF form.  Enter all information accurately and completely to avoid processing delays.  [If you printed a blank PDF form, print all the required information legibly.]

  5. Click the Print button to print out the entire form.

  6. Obtain the required approval signatures.

  7. Make a copy of the completed form for your records.

  8. Bring the completed (original) form and your valid Golden Eagle Card to the ITS Help Desk (LIB PW Lobby).

  9. Account information will be ready for pickup at the ITS Help Desk in one work day.
