(Cookware, plates, cups and utensils are not included.)

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted up to 14 days prior to moving in and they must be submitted to Conference Services in writing. Cancellations submitted within two weeks of moving in or after a student has moved in will not be processed and students will be held financially responsible for the dates in the License Agreement.

Parking

The University requires all vehicles to display a parking permit when parked on campus grounds. Parking regulations are enforced 24/7. Parking for conference guests is located in Lot 7. Guests must have a temporary parking permit displayed in their vehicle at all times. Overnight parking permits may be purchased for $7 a day from the yellow machine in Lot 7. Conference guests staying at least eight nights may purchase a monthly parking pass for Lot 7A from the Conference Coordinator for $45.

Guests under the age of 18 will need to submit the Under 18 Consent Form to stay on campus.

Payment

Students, including financial aid recipients, must pay for the total amount due at least two weeks before their expected move-in date. If you are going to receive financial aid, you must ask the Financial Aid Office to see how much money you will receive. Once your tuition is paid, you may use the left over amount to pay for housing. However, given our payment deadline, you may have to pay Housing Services up front and wait to be reimbursed by the Financial Aid Office.

More information will be provided at the time the Conference Services License Agreement and invoice is sent to you.
