Important to know before you donate:
- Bring your Red Cross donor card or photo ID.
- Eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of fluids.
- Platelet donors: do not take aspirin for two calendar days prior to your appointment.
- If you must cancel your appointment fo any reason, please call 1-800-RED CROSS.
