Transportation to and from the host hotel:
There will be a 50-passenger bus that will travel back and forth from this hotel to the University. If your school chooses not to stay at the host hotel you must provide your own transportation arrangements to and from the university. The bus will NOT be stopping at any other hotels. Campus-parking permits should be purchased at the festival registration web site – see “Registration for Festival” above.

A credit card number or 1 nights advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or 1 night room and tax will be assessed.
