TEACHING INTERESTS
SanSan teaches graduate seminars in performance studies, critical
theory, and Asian theater, as well as undergraduate courses in dance studies, performance
studies, and Asian American studies.

RESEARCH
SanSan's research areas include Asian American performance studies, dance
studies, and transnationalism. She is co-editor of the anthology Mixing
It Up: Multiracial Subjects. Her current book project is titled,
Kinesthetic Ethnicity: Dance, Movement, and City Space in the Chinese
Diaspora.
