Introduction
Dr. Agarwal is Assistant Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at California State University, Los Angeles. Previously, he was working as a Post Doctoral Associate at New York University. He has a Ph.D. in the Electrical Engineering from University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). He also has a M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (2012) and another in Applied Mathematics (2015), both from UNLV. His B.Tech degree is in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati (2009). His research areas include: Theoretical and Applied Feedback Control: Nonlinear and hybrid control systems, Control Systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (Computer Vision based applications, V2V and V2I based applications, Sensor Fusion and Urban Data Analytics), Vehicle-miles Traveled (VMT) modeling and pricing, Optimal Congestion ad Road Pricing, Cyber-physical Systems, smart UAVs and drones etc.
