INTRODUCTION
Rhea Williams has been a full time faculty member at Cal State L.A.
since 1989. She has taught in both undergraduate and graduate programs.
She is currently the Chair of Graduate Studies in Nursing and the primary
graduate advisor.
TEACHING INTERESTS
Coordinator of the graduate program in Nursing Education. Clinical teaching
in maternal new-born nursing. Nursing research. Development
for RN to BSN students.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Researh interest and experience include issues related to student concerns,
quality nursing, recruiting underrepresented students to nursing, R.N.to
BSN education,and cultural responses to menopause.
