Professor of Management, joined faculty at CSULA in Sept. 1973. Chair, Department of Management, 1984-1987, 1995-Present. Coordinator, Health Care Management Program. Graduate Advisor, Management Department.

Teaching Interests

Teaching interests include general management and organizational behavior, health care management, managerial leadership and employee motivation.

Research Interests

Research interests cover a variety of topics including health care management, telecommuting, general management, job design, employment interviewing, airline skyjacking, and organizational behavior.
