Bio

Dr. Ming Wang teaches in the Department of Information Systems at California State University in Los Angeles. She received her Ph. D. from Southern Illinois University in 1993 and taught previously in the Department of Computer Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Her industrial experience includes being Software Engineer in Boeing at NASA Kennedy Space Center and System Instructor at Iowa Health Systems. She has received certified SAP, CISCO, CMMI, Oracle, Information assurance and HIT training.

She has more than 20 publications in refereed journals and books, and dozens of publications in international conference proceedings. Her current research interests are in e-business, supply chain management, ERP, e-commerce globalization, agent technology, and healthcare applications: EHR and EMR.
