Math 103, Fall 2005
Homework

Believe it or not, you probably want to do more than I've assigned. I haven't assigned nearly as much in the way of practice as you would need in order to thoroughly learn the material (and thereby prepare for the quizzes and tests).

Don't be surprised if, when I hand back the homework, you see that I have asked you to redo a problem. Think of what you're turning in as a first draft. I will almost certainly ask you to do a second draft of at least one problem, and quite possibly a third.

Please feel free to work together on it! (In fact, I encourage it.) Don't worry too much (in this class) about whether you're "doing you're own work" on the homework or not. Instead, worry about learning the material. You'll have plenty of chances on the quizzes and tests to do your very own work.

See the announcements page for advice on getting ready for the quizzes.

All problems assigned are from the text.
