Welcome to Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class. This Yoga system will re-shape and heal your body while it relieves stress and tension.
Bikram's yoga class is a demanding 26 pose (Asana) series. Every pose is meant to be performned in the given order, to the best of one's ability . A principle of the class is that one can learn to steadily make new demands of oneself, to work harder, deeper, yet calmer.
Bikram's Choudhury scientifically designed this 90 minute program to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury and the limiting effects of aging. He specifically tailored this servies to systematically move fresh oxygenated blood to 100 percent of your body - to each organ and fiber. Vibrant good health and a sense of well being will automaticallly follow.
