Old Projects: 

2 months: as a consultant for Interactive Realities/Digital Evolution. Wrote a Request for Proposal (RFP) to inform Mattel, Inc. of the process of designing and developing an Interactive Merchandising Software Environment (won over IBM’s bid). Gave a framework for an RFP & designed a system analysis Logical Data Flow Diagram & Hierarchy Chart using Pagemaker for cover. 

4 months: as an instructor at Computer Learning Center. Systems Analysis & Design, DOS/Windows, Introduction to Data Processing and Operating systems, Terminology, Hardware/Software, Numbering Systems, Flowcharts, DOS 6.2.

6 months: as a computer instructor at Junipero Serra High School. Computer Literacy, BASIC Programming, Database, Spreadsheet and Word-processing.

5 months: as an office  automation officer at ITC Entertainment Group (PolyGram). Documented a new Visual Basic strategic distribution software. MIS responsibilities: coordinated debugging and an off-site C-programming team. Help-Desk functions: Excel, Word, Winfax, e-mail and Pagemaker. Setup 100+ users, coordinated T1 installation. Data archiving and Novell software.

8 months: as a help desk specialist at Alpha Therapeutic Corporation. Internal Support and troubleshooting for Office 97, Groupwise e-mail, Paradox and Visio. Documentation and network issues. Coordinated hardware installations, removals and repairs.

2 months: as a data entry/office  at GDB Services. Compiled and managed client databases with Excel. Hardware and software issues. Ran cost-estimation, marketing and presentation programs.

4 months: as a recruter at Alternative Resources Corporation. Analyzed recruiting processing and gave recommendations. Created useful forms for daily use and compiled a computer terminology/glossary of terms.

4 months: as an aprentice at Sparkman Advertising. Analyzed and organized data from engineering blueprints using Scanmaker. Created forms with Word, Pagemaker, and Write Now. Installed e-mail and a remote client server software (Timbuktu Pro). Macintosh System 7 and data compression. 

18 months: job as a data controller at Robert Shaw Controls. Re-sequenced and transferred data into a new Mac Pac IBM Database System. Improved data input processing which resulted in reduced operating cost. Compiled and computed marketing information, archive data into report format. Supported industrial engineering, marketing, accounting, and MIS.

 Toyota Corporation Systems Analyst Project Winner 1992. Recognition, Plaque, $500 cash award + Company Tour for- System Software Design specifications ;later to be used live programmed by my graduate project DB Designers in Hawaii; Specs coordinated HR volunteer scheduling & maintanance system of 5 networked botanical gardens for  inventory usage. This design happen to reflect similarities in Toyota's internal system specifications for the projected year.  It was said to be "visionary!".
