24 hour dietary intake
Breakfast: 1 1/2 cups cereal, milk (1/2 cup), banana, 3/4 cup OJ
Snack: 1 bagel
Lunch: Sandwich with turkey (2 oz) & cheese (1 oz), apple, soda or juice
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: 4 oz chicken or beef,1 cup steamed rice, 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup salad
