About the CSULA Chinese Culture Club

The Chinese Culture Club, popularly known as the CCClub, is a student organization at California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA). It was founded in Fall 2006 by Andrew McKinn, with Dr. Kylie Hsu as the Faculty Advisor. Since Fall 2008, Dr. Shijuan Liu has joined Dr. Hsu to co-advise the Club. The Club welcomes students, faculty, and staff who are interested in Chinese culture. More than five hundred students and at least ten faculty and staff members have joined the Club. Past Club Presidents include Andrew McKinn and Adam Hittinger, and past Club Vice Presidents include Matthew Winter and Michael Leung. Michael is now the Club President, and the other Club Officers are Kevin Jiang, Vice President; Kim Zhu, Secretary; Ben Saiyasombat, Treasurer; and John Michael Sanchez, Webmaster.
