Introduction

I coordinate the  Science Series Lectures .

Teaching Interests

Teaching interest - all courses in the department with special emphasis on the electronics courses and the nuclear physics course

Research Interests

Past research interests have included muon catalyzed fusion, pion induced reactions, proton and neutron induced nuclear reactions, pionic molecular chemistry, low energy nuclear reactions, electron induced nuclear reactions. I am part of a CSLA team that helped develop equipment for the Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility (CEBAF) in Newport News, Virginia. Our group is participating in and directing  experiments in Hall A of CEBAF. We look forward to bringing undergraduate and graduates students with us to the accelerator for research experience. We have already stationed some undergraduates at CEBAF . Our nuclear physics group web page is here. Our most recent experimental proposals can be found on that web page.
