Dr. Abledu is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California. He has over twenty years of academic and industrial experience in electrical engineering. His specialty is in electric power engineering, and electric machines. He also has strong interests in product design.  He served on the Electrical Engineering Technical Advisory Committee of the Board of  Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors for the State of California (1997-2002).

Dr. Abledu teaches courses in Electric Power Engineering, Electric Machinery, Circuit Analysis, and an introductory course in Power Electronics.

Representative Professional Activities

	Spend most of my time designing useful (electro-mechanical) devices.
	Conduct research in electrical engineering and particularly guide student projects and theses in electric power engineering.
	Served on the Electrical Engineering Technical Advisory Committee of the California Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
	Sometimes teach review courses for the Professional Examination in Electrical Engineering.
