Materials: assessment sheets

Objectives:
1.  Students will apply their understanding of pollution through their    projects.
2.  Students will create a project on pollution.
3.  Students will show their understanding of pollution with their project    presentations.
4.  Students will evaluate each other using the rubric given in the project's   assignment sheet.

Procedures:
1.  The entire class will be devoted to  presenting and evaluating students   presentations. (40 minutes)

Assessment: 1.  Students will be given a letter grade based on the rubric provided to them.    The class assessment and comments will also be included in the grading   process.
