How are you going to Motive your students to Succeed? Be on Task? Work Cooperatively?

· Will you use more external incentives or focus on internal motivation?

· Will you focus more on what works today in the short-term, or what will get long-term benefits?

· Why will your students care about the work they do?

· Why will they care about each other?

· Why will they do what you ask them to do?

Section E: Vision

Write a 2 paged explanation of what a typical day will be like in your class.

· What is the climate in the class like?

· What are the types of activities that are going on?

· Paint a picture of the classroom management.

· The more vivid the better.
