nWrite a script to prompt the user for a scoring matrix file name and read the data into a dictionary.  To test your script, download a representative set of PAM and Blossum Scoring Matrix Files from ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/blast/matrices/. 

Turn in a hard copy of your code including a copy of your dictionary for PAM 100.  Also, email Prof. Warter-Perez a soft copy (nwarter@calstatela.edu with subject line: Chem 434 HW2P).
